Our team building days are an ideal way to
get people out of their usual environment and
into the outdoors doing activities that are
challenging but fun!
Here at Cracking Days Out we have delivered
fun filled team building days for a wide range
of clients that have included Medical staff,
Teachers , Police personnel, Higher and Further
Education students and school groups.
The events are made up of a series of group
problem solving tasks that are aimed at
developing teamwork and encouraging people to
have fun whilst breaking down barriers and
learning about their wider range of skills such
as working with others.
Our trained facilitators will assess the
teams as they deal with the tasks and provide
effective support throughout the day.
Events can
be held at your
own site or
in an outdoor
setting with
more adventurous
activities such
as caving,
climbing
/ abseiling
included in
the event.

budgets and group sizes.
